Teach us to presuppose the good,
to expand our hearts with curious listening,
to seek for common ground,
and to allow ourselves to be pleasantly surprised
when we find the good in unexpected places and in unexpected persons.
We know you love us all.
Teach us, Spirit of Christ, to love like you love.
