Formerly a retreat director in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Ignatian Spirituality serves the contemporary world as people strive to develop a friendship with God.

Live
in faith and hope, though it be in darkness, for in this darkness God protects the
soul. Cast your care upon God for you are God's and God will not forget you.
God makes a covenant with each of us that God will not forget us. We can always count on God. That is our faith.
