Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Prayer: Hildegard of Bingen
Glance at the sun. See the moon and the stars. Gaze at the beauty
of the earth’s greenings. Now, think: what delight God gives to humankind with
all these things.
How very true!
