Formerly a retreat director in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. us speak the truth in our hearts and not practice treachery with our tongues,
so that by pouring forth charity more and more in our hearts, the Spirit of
truth may teach us recognition of all truth.
