We continue to pray for God's justice in our world. With the beauty of creation unfolding before us and we are emerging from the shackles of necessary COVID restrictions, we begin our nine-day prayer for the coming of the Holy Spirit. We pray that we will be able to take deep breaths again both indoors and outdoors, and as we re-engage socially, we get to determine how we will come together once again as a community that has endured social fragmentation. We get to discern what we value, how we will pay attention to each other's needs, how we will spend our time. The breath and the Spirit gives us choices to do everything for God's greater glory. We have a remarkable opportunity to reshape the world into a place where God's love and justice is more evident.
