As you think about others during the season, think about yourself too. Get enough rest and healthy doses of exercise and make sure you eat nourishing foods. Eat some of the snacks and treats, but balance it by having nutritious food first. By giving to yourself first, you will balance your generosity to others. You will find you have more energy and peace because you are choosing well.
