Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Prayer: Anthony of Egypt
There is no need for us to go abroad on account of the kingdom of heaven, nor to cross the sea for virtue. For the Lord has told us before, the kingdom of God is within you.
Oh yes, but the distance from the head to the heart somehow measures up in light-years, not inches!
