Formerly a retreat director in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Prayer: Julian of Norwich
God is closer to us than our own soul, for God is the foundation on which the soul stands. Our soul sits in God in true rest, and our soul stands in God in sure strength, and our soul is naturally rooted in God in endless love.
If we were to remember these wise words we would never be afraid for we would know with certainty that God is with us.
