Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Prayer: Teresa of Avila
The
courage which the Lord gave me is one of the greatest favors bestowed upon me.
It is wrong for a soul to behave like a coward or to fear anything except
offending God, since we have an all-powerful King and a Lord so mighty.
How very true. We really have nothing to fear because we live in the arms of God. I remind myself of that truth periodically. Blessings.
