Prayer: Megan McKenna
Be compassionate and then we may take the bread of compassion at Eucharist with our whole soul and mind and heart. Being compassionate toward others, making neighbors of all people, is the beginning of communion. We become the friends, the companions of God, those who break bread with God when we break open our lives and care for the needs of our neighbors as our God has done with us.
