John Predmore, S.J., is a USA East Province Jesuit and was the pastor of Jordan's English language parish. He teaches art and directs BC High's adult spiritual formation programs. Formerly a retreat director in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Ignatian Spirituality is given through guided meditations, weekend-, 8-day, and 30-day Retreats based on The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Ignatian Spirituality serves the contemporary world as people strive to develop a friendship with God.
We give thanks for the gift of life and the gift of our mother's who brought us into being and sustained us. We honor them for their care and nurturing, and we remember the sacrifices they have made for our well-being. We give thanks to all those women who are tended to us in our formation. Today is our day to remind them that we notice what they have done and we are filled with gratitude. We care about you and ask God to bless you abundantly.
