I just met with the doctor and he confirmed that surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. EST. He is pleased with the time I spent in the hospital and the regimen we used to rebuild my system. It will increase the probability that the surgery will be successful. The forty-eight hours of immediate recovery afterwards will be the most uncomfortable, so please allow several days to pass before you may get an update from me. My task is to heal. I'm grateful for your prayers and concern. I rely upon them.
Give me only your love and your grace, O Lord, for that is sufficient for me.
