Prayer: Therese of Lisieux
Do you realize that
Jesus is there in the tabernacle expressly for you - for you alone? He burns
with the desire to come into your heart...don't listen to the demon, laugh at
him, and go without fear to receive the Jesus of peace and love.
Hard to overcome one's sense of not being worthy and open to unlimited love! Finally a realization that one can never be fully worthy no matter how hard one tries, breaks the barrier down of our ego's futile attempts and just accepts the love!

ReplyDeleteIt is quite something to hold this great love in the face of our unworthiness. We simply have to learn to live in the mystery.
