Prayer: John Paul II
We are not the sum of our weaknesses and failures; we are the
sum of the Father's love for us and our real capacity to become the image of
his Son.
Thank you for sharing this today. I will send this to someone with whom I spent several hours yesterday as she really needs this affirmation and encouragement.
John, my young friend wrote back that her heart is sad but the prayer lifted her up. So, once again I thank you for sharing. Blessings to you for lifting up the heart of my young friend.

DeleteI'm so glad. It is nice when our spirits are lifted - even if just temporarily. Thanks for being attentive to her.
DeleteYes, we are all weak, frail and falling apart each day but each new morning because of God's forgiveness and love we rise and stand again.
DeleteRight on, Mark. Oh, to rise each day anew! What a gift.
