Prayer: Paul to the people of Ephesus

That you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.

  1. Strange and wonderful how Paul's letters sometimes feel that they are addressed to each one of us today. They cross centuries without a wrinkle :-)

  2. I enjoy studying Paul. He is warmer, more compassionate and loving than most people give him credit. Gosh, the man wrote some incredible letters that revealed a magnanimous heart.

  3. Ah, I will have to look for his magnanimous heart. The letter which comes to my mind is about Onesimus, the slave...

  4. Read Philippians too. All the salutations are great. Romans has some good spots too.
