Prayer: Gregory the Great
The
Holy Bible is like a mirror before our mind's eye. In it we see our inner
face.... We can learn our spiritual deformities and beauties. And there too we
discover the progress we are making and how far we are from perfection.
It is good for us to see and love and know as God does. As God's love perfects us, we see that our beauty is much more striking than we at first believe.
I usually see my imperfections and deformities rather than beauties...
